Why do you want to know my previous address?
If you haven’t lived at your current address for two years or more, then we required your previous address simply for verification purposes.
How can you get such low interest rates?
Here at REM, we work with dealerships that have some of the largest and most qualified special finance departments in the country. These departments work directly with multiple different credit unions that they have strong histories with to ensure that every qualified applicant can get approved for the car that they want.
Should I add a co-applicant to my application?
To help your chances of getting approved for the car that you want, it is always a good idea to add a co-applicant. Although it is not necessarily required, it can help your chances of approval to add a co-applicant.
What should I put if I am retired or on disability?
If you are unemployed because of retirement or because you’re collecting disability, please state either "Disabled" or "Retired" under Employer Name, and include your monthly retirement or disability amount under Gross Monthly Income.
What information should I include in the “Known credit issues” box?
There is no wrong answer to this question. We prefer that you include information about your bankruptcy, if applicable, but nothing is required. Include whatever additional information you feel comfortable including.
